How to Create and Mark Mortgage Units

Steps

1. Drafting

   1. Search for Mortgage Unit Entity
      1. Click "Create Entities" in the BuildNow ribbon and search for "Mortgage Unit".
   2. Create Mortgage Unit Entity
      1. Use the Polyline or Rectangle tool to create the Mortgage Unit polyline.
      2. Mortgage Unit polyline must be drawn exactly over the Individual Sub Plot polyline that is being mortgaged.
      3. Tip:
         1. To exactly trace the Individual Sub Plot, copy the Individual Sub Plot and paste it in the same location.
         2. Then change the layer of the copied Individual Sub Plot polyline to __BN_MortgageUnit

2. Marking

   1. Search for Mortgage Unit section in Marking Progress
      1. Navigate to the Mortgage Unit section in Marking Progress Window: Guided Marking => Mortgage Unit.
      2. Or can search for "Mortgage Unit" in the marking progress search bar and select the Mortgage Unit section.
   2. Mark Mortgage Units:
      1. Select the appropriate Mortgage Unit Type:
         1. MORTGAGE
         2. MORTGAGE_FOR_CAPITALISATION_CHARGES
         3. MORTGAGE_FOR_NALA_CONVERSION
   3. Enter the Mortgage Unit Name. This name will be displayed in the Scrutiny Report and the Auto Generated Drawing PDF.
   4. Click "Save and Next Unmarked" after entering all required data.
   5. Repeat the process for all remaining Mortgage Unit entities in the drawing.

Drawing Conventions

• Mortgage Unit should be drawn to exactly overlap the __BN_IndivSubPlot polylines being mortgaged in a Layout with Housing project.
