How to Create and Mark Mortgage Units

Drafting
- Search for Mortgage Unit Entity
- Click "Create Entities" in the BuildNow ribbon and search for "Mortgage Unit".
- Create Mortgage Unit Entity
- Use the Polyline or Rectangle tool to create the Mortgage Unit polyline.
- Mortgage Unit polyline must be drawn exactly over the Individual Sub Plot polyline that is being mortgaged.
- Tip:
- To exactly trace the Individual Sub Plot, copy the Individual Sub Plot and paste it in the same location.
- Then change the layer of the copied Individual Sub Plot polyline to
__BN_MortgageUnit
- Search for Mortgage Unit Entity

Marking
- Search for Mortgage Unit section in Marking Progress
- Navigate to the Mortgage Unit section in Marking Progress Window: Guided Marking => Mortgage Unit.
- Or can search for "Mortgage Unit" in the marking progress search bar and select the Mortgage Unit section.
- Mark Mortgage Units:
- Select the appropriate Mortgage Unit Type:
- MORTGAGE
- MORTGAGE_FOR_CAPITALISATION_CHARGES
- MORTGAGE_FOR_NALA_CONVERSION
- Select the appropriate Mortgage Unit Type:
- Enter the Mortgage Unit Name. This name will be displayed in the Scrutiny Report and the Auto Generated Drawing PDF.
- Click "Save and Next Unmarked" after entering all required data.
- Repeat the process for all remaining Mortgage Unit entities in the drawing.
- Search for Mortgage Unit section in Marking Progress
Drawing Conventions
- Mortgage Unit should be drawn to exactly overlap the
__BN_IndivSubPlot
polylines being mortgaged in a Layout with Housing project.
